What is GDPR?
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies from 25th May 2018, gives people more control over how their personal data is used. The regulation sets out your rights as an individual regarding how your personal data is collected, used and stored, including your rights to have your data corrected or removed.

You have either given the information yourself or it is the public domain (including websites/social media).
Why do I have data and what I am doing with it?
Business development and/or direct marketing purposes.
Who do I share your information with?
It is for my business records.

Equity Voice Artist Terms.
The contents of this website are not for commercial use. There is also no permission to use the content or voice on this website to educate Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Performer’s Property Rights: when commencing a new project both parties must agree on the usage terms. Once agreed, permission for use on any other stations and/or in any other media is subject to additional usage fees, to be negotiated separately and agreed before usage commences.
Any script changes requested over 30 days from the date of the original recording will be subject to additional fees.
Payment terms: Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date.
1) Client expressly agrees not to utilize any portion of the recording or performance of Talent for purposes other than those specified in the initial Agreement between the parties including but not limited to creation of synthetic voices or for machine learning.
2) Specifically, Client shall not utilize any recording or performance of Talent to simulate Talent’s voice or likeness, or to create any synthesized or “digital double” voice or likeness of Talent.
3) Client specifically agrees not to sell or transfer ownership of all or part of any of the recordings or performance of Talent to any third party without Talent’s knowledge and consent.
4) Client agrees not to enter into any agreements or contracts on behalf of Talent which utilizes all or any part of any of the recordings or performance of Talent without Talent’s knowledge and consent.
5) Client agrees that any recordings or performances stored in digital format will be reasonably stored so that unauthorized third parties may not gain access to the files containing Talent’s voice or likeness, and if such files are stored in “the cloud” Client agrees to safeguard same through encryption or other “up-to date” technological means.
